I’m so glad you’re here
Lovely to meet you!
For over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about helping people, especially women, create healthier, more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I believe we all have the capacity to thrive; we simply need the right support, perspective, and tools to help us get there.
My approach to wellbeing coaching is rooted in positive psychology, the science of behavior change and caring for the whole person. That means looking at how we feel mentally, emotionally, physically, socially and spiritually, and finding realistic ways to bring those parts of life into greater alignment.
I’m a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program, where I studied under Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman, Dr. Chris Peterson, and other pioneers in the field of positive psychology. I’m also a Certified Professional Health & Well-being Coach through Wellcoaches and a National Board Certified Coach. I spent 15 years coaching employees within a Fortune 100 financial services organization.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people at many different stages of life. Today, I’m particularly passionate about helping women invest in their own wellbeing, reconnect with what matters to them and create lives with more energy, balance, confidence, connection, and purpose. My coaching draws from positive psychology, behavior change, movement, personal training, yoga, leadership development and more than two decades of experience helping people make meaningful changes that last.
While much of my work is centered around women’s wellbeing, my coaching is open to anyone who connects with this approach and is ready to create positive, intentional change in their life.
I live in Peabody, Massachusetts with my husband and two daughters and offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
my values
-
Clear, compassionate communication is at the heart of meaningful growth and connection. I believe feeling truly heard, understood, and supported creates the foundation for lasting change, stronger relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
-
I believe meaningful growth begins with honesty, self-awareness, and the courage to live in alignment with what truly matters to you. In my coaching approach, integrity means creating a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can reconnect with themselves, explore what feels out of balance, and build healthier, more intentional ways of living that feel authentic and sustainable.
-
Kindness creates the foundation for meaningful connection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth — both toward ourselves and others. I believe practicing compassion, empathy, and self-kindness can help reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and support a more grounded, fulfilling life.
