Diana Diamantopoulos, Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Coach at Zoie Coaching

Evidence-Based Wellbeing Coaching for Those Ready to Feel Like Themselves Again

There are seasons in life where, from the outside, everything appears “fine.”

You’re capable. Responsible. Accomplished. The one people depend on.

But underneath the surface, you may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by constant pressure, or quietly wondering why life feels harder than it should.

That’s where this work begins.

I’m Diana Diamantopoulos — a Positive Psychology Practitioner, Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, and founder of Zoie Coaching.

I help ambitious people navigate high-functioning burnout, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, perfectionism, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while losing connection with themselves in the process.

My coaching approach blends the science of positive psychology, behavior change, emotional wellbeing, and human flourishing with compassionate, deeply personalized support designed to create sustainable change — not temporary motivation.

My Approach

I believe wellbeing is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about reconnecting with the version of yourself that has been buried underneath stress, expectations, exhaustion, and survival mode.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices from:

  • Positive Psychology

  • Wellbeing Science

  • Behavioral Change

  • Lifestyle Medicine

  • Strengths-Based Coaching

  • Resilience Research

  • Emotional Wellbeing Coaching

This is not “toxic positivity,” surface-level motivation, or one-size-fits-all self-help.

It is thoughtful, science-informed coaching that honors both your humanity and your potential.

Together, we work to help you:

  • create healthier boundaries

  • reduce emotional exhaustion

  • reconnect with purpose and identity

  • cultivate resilience

  • shift unhelpful thought patterns

  • strengthen self-trust

  • improve overall wellbeing

  • create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable

Education & Credentials

I earned my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania — home to one of the world’s leading programs in positive psychology and human flourishing. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University, where my passion for human behavior, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth first began to take shape.

I am also a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach (CHWC) through Wellcoaches, an internationally recognized coaching organization focused on evidence-based behavior change and wellbeing coaching.

In addition to my coaching work, I have collaborated within the wellbeing and coaching space through educational events, coaching demonstrations, and professional development initiatives focused on resilience, optimism, strengths, and flourishing.

My background also includes experience within high-performance professional environments, which gives me a deep understanding of the pressures many people experience while balancing ambition, caregiving, relationships, achievement, and emotional wellbeing.

Why I Created Zoie Coaching

I created Zoie Coaching because I saw how many people were silently struggling while continuing to appear successful, capable, and composed to everyone around them.

People who are constantly carrying:

  • responsibility

  • emotional labor

  • pressure

  • perfectionism

  • caregiving

  • invisible stress

Often without giving themselves permission to slow down, prioritize themselves, or ask for support.

I wanted to create a space that felt different.

A space that feels warm, grounded, intelligent, compassionate, and emotionally safe.

A space where growth does not require pretending to have everything figured out.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe my coaching style as:

  • thoughtful

  • calming

  • insightful

  • collaborative

  • encouraging

  • practical

  • deeply human

I believe meaningful change happens through trust, self-awareness, small intentional shifts, and learning how to work with yourself instead of constantly against yourself.

Coaching with me is not about perfection.

It’s about helping you move from surviving to flourishing — in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for your life.

Outside of Coaching

Outside of my work, I value family, movement, lifelong learning, meaningful conversation, and creating moments of presence and connection in everyday life.

My background and experiences continue to shape the way I approach wellbeing: with empathy, curiosity, resilience, and a deep belief in human potential.
